Rucksack Compatibility
Our standard of compatibility is that Ruck Plates will be stable and secure in your Ruck with minimal shifting.
If you have a
20L Rucker 4.0 or 3.0 or a
Ruck Plate Carrier, we recommend the shorter Ruck Plates — 10LB, 20LB or 30LB for Rucker / RPC
The
20L Rucker 4.0 or 3.0 features an additional pocket to securely fit a 45LB Ruck Plate®, which can be paired with a 20LB Ruck Plate® for 65 lbs of total weight. 45LB Ruck Plates® only strap in securely to the
25L Rucker 4.0, however they will fit into the interior elastic pocket of the 20L Rucker®.
(suitable for upright rucking, but not ruck PT aka burpees and bear crawls).
If you have a GR1 bag, we recommend the longer Ruck Plates® — 20LB or 30LB for GR1

Returns and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Every order is checked and packed with care before shipping.
Any exchange/return for items not matching the original order or with factory defect will be exchanged for FREE.
Any other exchange/return will be CHARGED an extra delivery/return fee of 20 AED.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed with the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (20 AED in the UAE) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
