Popular amongst CrossFit athletes, muscle flossing is performed with a specially design resistance band.
The floss band gets wrapped tightly around a specific group of muscles or joint to provide compression around the area. Once on, the athlete performs certain movement around that targeted muscle or joint in order to improve mobility and decrease recovery time.
