Our kit comes with a Callus Shaver, Salve, and non-greasy Cream to complete the hand care trifecta. Whether you're going to pull 500 lbs off the ground at your next powerlifting meet or you're getting ready to compete at a CrossFit competition, make sure your hands are equally as ready as your amazingly strong hamstrings and rear delts.

How to use: 

Step 1: Use our Solid Salve to Fix Ripped Hands and Damaged Skin. This loonnggg lasting salve rapidly speeds the healing process of torn calluses, deadlift shins, cuts and abrasions. Every ingredient from the beeswax base to the eucalyptus oil is carefully thought out with one thing in mind: healing that bod of yours. Use this Salve on wounded areas of skin after cleaning with antibacterial soap. Apply liberally and often for best results. Just twist off the cap, push up from the bottom of the tube and apply! - Simple and clean use, with convenience in mind. 

Step 2: “Even Out” Your Calluses with The w.o.d.welder Callus Shaver. If you want to reduce callus pain and the risk of ripping them open… just make sure your calluses stay the same height as the rest of your hand. The Callus Shaver does just that! These easy-to-use tools are great for folks who aren’t huge fans of pumice stones … but still need to keep their calluses nice and even. - A totally different method, but just as good. For best results: Simply dry your hands first, then scrape the bumps off your calluses by applying pressure and moving the hand-protecting blade across your calluses. You’re done when you’ve reduced the "bump" of your calluses to the same height as the rest of your palm. 

Step 3: Apply our Hands as Rx Cream for daily conditioning. Everything you touch zaps moisture from your skin and weakens the protective barrier your body works so hard to create. - Add in the use of chalk and constant friction and it's no wonder our skin cracks and our calluses give in...That’s why we created our intensive, non-greasy hand cream to combat the drying effects of chalk and barbells so your hands stay hydrated and flexible, preventing rips and keeping damage at bay. Use this product AT LEAST once a day for best results. - Before bed is ideal to allow your hands a full night’s recovery. (For those who have dry skin to begin with, or want superbly awesome skin, use this cream morning and night.)

DOES NOT CONTAIN: petroleum jelly, alcohols that dry out skin, or harmful agents like preservatives.

1. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it (also needs to be in the original packaging), and we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Any exchange/return for items not matching the original order or with factory defect will be exchanged for FREE.

4. Any other exchange/return will be CHARGED an extra delivery/return fee of 20 AED.

5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

7. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

2. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed with the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (20 AED in the UAE) for returning your item.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gearup@thewodguys.com

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

1. We will provide you with the AWB/shipping labels (kindly print them). The courier company will contact you to arrange the pickup of the package.

2. Once we receive the shipment and ensure all is in order, we will send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost from Dubai to the destination and the return charges from the destination to us.

3. Upon receipt of payment, we will promptly dispatch the new items to you. 

4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days. If you prefer a faster resolution, you can place a new order for the items you want and we will be shipping them immediately to you. We will then collect the unwanted item as per the instructions given above.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

1. We will provide you with the AWB/shipping labels (kindly print them). The courier company will contact you to schedule the shipment pickup.

2. Once documents are printed, the courier company will reach out to coordinate the pickup of your return shipment.

3. Upon receiving the returned items and ensuring all is in order, we will initiate the refund process.

The refunded amount will be the total you paid minus the shipping charges from Dubai to your destination, returning charges from your destination to Dubai, and any applicable custom duty fees in the UAE.

4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days from the time of initiating the return. This includes the time for the shipment to reach us, undergo inspection, and the subsequent refund process.
