Care Instruction
To ensure the durability and optimal performance of your jump rope, follow these care and maintenance tips:
- Proper storage: Keep your jump rope in its carrying bag to protect it from moisture, dust, and potential damage. Avoid leaving it exposed to sunlight or in damp areas.
- Regular cleaning: Wipe the handles and cable with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals, as they can damage the materials.
- Cable inspection: Check the condition of the cable regularly. If you notice any wear or damage, replace it to prevent breakage during training.
- Cable adjustment: Make sure the cable is properly adjusted at the head. If you frequently make adjustments, check that it’s securely fastened to avoid loosening during use.
- Avoid abrasive surfaces: Use the jump rope on smooth surfaces to extend the cable’s lifespan and prevent premature wear.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
1. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it (also needs to be in the original packaging), and we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Any exchange/return for items not matching the original order or with factory defect will be exchanged for FREE.
4. Any other exchange/return will be CHARGED an extra delivery/return fee of 20 AED.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
7. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed with the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (20 AED in the UAE) for returning your item.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. TABBY refunds will be Subject to 10 AED Refund fee
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
1. We will provide you with the AWB/shipping labels (kindly print them). The courier company will contact you to arrange the pickup of the package.
2. Once we receive the shipment and ensure all is in order, we will send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost from Dubai to the destination and the return charges from the destination to us.
3. Upon receipt of payment, we will promptly dispatch the new items to you.
4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days. If you prefer a faster resolution, you can place a new order for the items you want and we will be shipping them immediately to you. We will then collect the unwanted item as per the instructions given above.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN
1. We will provide you with the AWB/shipping labels (kindly print them). The courier company will contact you to schedule the shipment pickup.
2. Once documents are printed, the courier company will reach out to coordinate the pickup of your return shipment.
3. Upon receiving the returned items and ensuring all is in order, we will initiate the refund process.
The refunded amount will be the total you paid minus the shipping charges from Dubai to your destination, returning charges from your destination to Dubai, and any applicable custom duty fees in the UAE.
4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days from the time of initiating the return. This includes the time for the shipment to reach us, undergo inspection, and the subsequent refund process.
