Shipping Policy

Delivery in the UAE

All The WOD Guys orders are dispatched from our UAE warehouse to your door by our delivery partners.

Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be entitled to same-day delivery (available only for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be entitled to next-day delivery.
Any orders placed after the above cut-off times will be shipped on the next business day.
The estimated delivery window provided by The WOD Guys is within 1–3 business days in the UAE after the order is processed.
Delivery is free for orders above AED 300 inside the UAE.
For orders under AED 300, the shipping cost will be AED 20, or higher for express delivery.
No orders are shipped on Sundays.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for orders outside of the UAE vary depending on the destination.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order.
The cut-off time for international orders is before 4:00 PM to be entitled to delivery within 3–5 working days once the order has left our facility.
Any international orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day.
Our international orders are shipped using DHL or FedEx and typically take between 3 to 5 working days to be delivered once they have left our facility (subject to customs clearance in the receiving country).
No international orders are shipped on Sundays.

Customs and Duties

International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. All fees will be collected upon the delivery of the shipment.
These are not included in the cost of shipping, taxes and checkout page.
Customs, duties, and taxes can vary, so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs duties, taxes, and clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. If the customs authority of the destination country rejects or refuses entry of the product, The WOD Guys will not be liable for any refund of the product value, shipping charges, or related costs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their country.
