Shipping Policy

Delivery in the UAE

All The WOD Guys orders are dispatched from our UAE warehouse to your door by our delivery partners.
Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed.
The estimated delivery window provided by The WOD Guys is within 1-3 business days in the UAE after order is processed.
Delivery is free for orders above 300 AED inside UAE.
For orders under 300 AED, shipping cost will be 20 AED or higher for express delivery.

International shipping

Shipping costs for orders outside of the UAE vary depending on the destination.
The shipping costs for international orders are calculated on the checkout page based on address and the total weight of the order.
Our international orders are shipped using DHL or FEDEX and typically take between 3 to 5 working days to be delivered once they have left our facility. (subject to customs clearance in the receiving country.)

Customs and Duties

International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
These are not included in the cost of shipping, taxes and checkout page.
Customs, duties, and taxes can vary, so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs duties, taxes, and clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. If the customs authority of the destination country rejects or refuses entry of the product, The WOD Guys will not be liable for any refund of the product value, shipping charges, or related costs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their country.
