EI8HTBALL Trigger Point Massage Ball
The EI8HTBALL is a highly effective trigger point massage tool designed to target hard to reach areas.

Where can I use the EI8HTBALL?
We specifically designed it for the feet since you can target the sides of the foot with the curve in the middle of the product without the product slipping from under your foot. However, you can use it on other hard to reach areas and the spine because it dips in the middle of the two balls. Here’s a few of areas you can try rolling out: lats, shins, quads, hamstrings, calves, forearms and of course your feet.
How do I clean it?
Using a cloth, wipe it with mild soap and rinse with warm water. Leave it to air dry overnight before use. Alternatively, it can be wiped down with a gentle alcohol wipe.
