Fill with sand, dirt, peat gravel, etc., leaving a little bit of room at the top.
Brush sand and debris off the VELCRO® closure with your hand.
VELCRO® both closures shut.
Put it in a GORUCK Sandbag and get to work.

Note: Do NOT use as a slam bag, especially on concrete.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Turn inside out and spray down with a hose and soapy water. This removes sand and debris from the stitching and increases the longevity of your Filler Bags. We designed them to pair with GORUCK Sandbags but they’ll also thrive alone in harsh environments.
