The FY26 lumbar belt is a technical belt created for athletes who need stability, support, and freedom of movement during their strength training.
It is designed to offer a firm fit in the lumbar area without being uncomfortable or overly rigid. Therefore, it works both as a weightlifting belt for heavy lifts and as a cross-training lumbar belt for dynamic high-intensity sessions.
Its structure combines an EVA Foam core, which provides stiffness and support, with a perforated 3D Mesh fabric exterior, which improves breathability and helps prevent sweat accumulation. This combination allows for training with greater safety and comfort, even in long or demanding sessions.
The ergonomic design adapts to the body's contour and helps maintain a stable position during exercises such as squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, or strength movements. Unlike other more rigid belts, this cross-training belt offers a balance between support and mobility, allowing you to move more naturally.
Additionally, it incorporates a high-strength velcro closure system, reinforced with nylon straps, technical seams, and a double security buckle. Its rubber puller facilitates adjustment and allows you to modify the belt's pressure according to the exercise: a standard fit for daily training and a firmer fit for heavy lifts.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
1. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it (also needs to be in the original packaging), and we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Any exchange/return for items not matching the original order or with factory defect will be exchanged for FREE.
4. Any other exchange/return will be CHARGED an extra delivery/return fee of 20 AED.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
7. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed with the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (20 AED in the UAE) for returning your item.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
1. We will provide you with the AWB/shipping labels (kindly print them). The courier company will contact you to arrange the pickup of the package.
2. Once we receive the shipment and ensure all is in order, we will send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost from Dubai to the destination and the return charges from the destination to us.
3. Upon receipt of payment, we will promptly dispatch the new items to you.
4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days. If you prefer a faster resolution, you can place a new order for the items you want and we will be shipping them immediately to you. We will then collect the unwanted item as per the instructions given above.

2. Once documents are printed, the courier company will reach out to coordinate the pickup of your return shipment.
3. Upon receiving the returned items and ensuring all is in order, we will initiate the refund process.
The refunded amount will be the total you paid minus the shipping charges from Dubai to your destination, returning charges from your destination to Dubai, and any applicable custom duty fees in the UAE.
4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days from the time of initiating the return. This includes the time for the shipment to reach us, undergo inspection, and the subsequent refund process.
