The Rook Rope is the ideal jump rope for those starting functional training and looking for a technical, fast, and comfortable jump.

It’s perfect for disciplines such as CrossFit, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, calisthenics, HIIT training, and other activities where jumping rope enhances coordination, endurance, and agility.

Key Features:

100% aluminum handle (strength and lightness in one piece):

The Rook Rope handle is made entirely of anodized aluminum, a strong and ultra-lightweight material. It allows for intensive use without bending or wearing out over time, while also reducing hand and wrist fatigue—especially during high-rep workouts or extended cardio sessions.

Dual internal bearing system (greater smoothness and speed with each jump): Each handle features a dual precision bearing system, allowing the cable to rotate more smoothly, consistently, and without friction. This makes the Rook Rope a true speed rope—ideal for double or triple unders.

2.5 mm PVC-coated steel cable (control and durability):

The rope’s central cable is made of braided steel, giving it excellent resistance to wear and deformation. It is coated with a PVC layer that protects both the cable and the training surface (rubber, concrete, or wood). This coating also reduces friction and improves movement control.

Ergonomic and knurled handle (better grip and full control):

The handle is designed to fit naturally in the hand and features a knurled pattern (anti-slip texture) that ensures a solid grip—even with sweaty hands. The result is a stable and secure rope throughout the workout, with no need to readjust your grip.

Anti-slip O-rings (firm grip even with sweaty hands):

Rubber O-rings, strategically placed near the top of the handle, act as finger stoppers to keep your grip from sliding backward—especially during intense training. They also serve as a tactile reference point to place your hands in the same position every time.

Exchange and return

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

1. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it (also needs to be in the original packaging), and we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Any exchange/return for items not matching the original order or with factory defect will be exchanged for FREE.

4. Any other exchange/return will be CHARGED an extra delivery/return fee of 20 AED.

5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

7. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed with the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (20 AED in the UAE) for returning your item.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. TABBY refunds will be Subject to 10 AED Refund fee

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gearup@thewodguys.com

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

1. We will provide you with the AWB/shipping labels (kindly print them). The courier company will contact you to arrange the pickup of the package.

2. Once we receive the shipment and ensure all is in order, we will send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost from Dubai to the destination and the return charges from the destination to us.

3. Upon receipt of payment, we will promptly dispatch the new items to you.

4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days. If you prefer a faster resolution, you can place a new order for the items you want and we will be shipping them immediately to you. We will then collect the unwanted item as per the instructions given above.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

1. We will provide you with the AWB/shipping labels (kindly print them). The courier company will contact you to schedule the shipment pickup.

2. Once documents are printed, the courier company will reach out to coordinate the pickup of your return shipment.

3. Upon receiving the returned items and ensuring all is in order, we will initiate the refund process.

The refunded amount will be the total you paid minus the shipping charges from Dubai to your destination, returning charges from your destination to Dubai, and any applicable custom duty fees in the UAE.

4. Standard procedure might take 4-7 days from the time of initiating the return. This includes the time for the shipment to reach us, undergo inspection, and the subsequent refund process.
